Tessia is a trade name of TATUTRAD, S.L., not a separate entity.

This legal notice governs access to and use of tessialang.com and its subdomains (including beta.tessialang.com), where TATUTRAD, S.L. offers Tessia, a platform of quality control and language resource agents for businesses.

Use of the platform by client companies and the people they authorise is also governed by the specific terms accepted when signing up or joining the beta. Where those terms conflict with this notice, the specific terms prevail.

3. Use of the website and the platform

Anyone accessing this website agrees to use it lawfully and, in particular, not to:

• upload content they do not have the rights to, or that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access other people's accounts, data or organisations, or circumvent security measures;
• introduce malware or take any action that damages, overloads or prevents the normal operation of the service;
• use the service to build a competing product or extract its content on a large scale.

The Tessia trademark, logos, website design, software and texts on this website belong to TATUTRAD, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without written permission, except as needed for normal use of the website.

Files and texts that client companies upload to the platform remain the property of their owners. TATUTRAD, S.L. only uses them to provide the service, under the accepted terms and the data processing agreement.

5. Liability

• Tessia's analyses are generated by an artificial intelligence system. They support professional review and must always be checked by a person: they do not guarantee that a translation is free of errors.
• TATUTRAD, S.L. strives to keep the service available and free of errors, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially during the beta, and may interrupt it for maintenance or improvements.
• This website may include links to third-party websites. TATUTRAD, S.L. does not control or take responsibility for their content.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Seville (Spain), unless a mandatory rule establishes a different jurisdiction.
